WHERE TO BEGIN

How do I log in to pro.walkintour.com?

Our agent portal is located at pro.walkintour.com. This is where you will go to download photos, edit your single property website, and check viewing statistics for your property.

One business day after your appointment, you will receive an email from our back office, notifying you that your materials are ready for viewing. In that email, you will receive a link to pro.walkintour.com, as well as your login credentials.

DOWNLOADING PHOTOS

How do I download my photos from the Single Property Website?

  1. First, go to pro.walkintour.com and log in
  2. Once you are logged in, you can download photos by clicking “Media Access” on the left hand navigation column.
  3. From this screen, click the “Choose Size” button in the photos column.
  4. You will be given a menu presenting you with several choices. If you want to download all of your photos at print resolution (large file size), click “Generate Print Photos”. If you want to download all of your photos at web resolution (small file size), click “Generate Web Photos”. If you want to download just one photo at either print or web resolution, click “Individual Photos”
  5. The system will take just a moment to generate the photos at the resolution you have requested.
  6. Once the process is complete, you will be given the option to download the photos. They will appear in your computer’s downloads folder as a zip file.

GETTING BRANDED / UNBRANDED LINKS

How to getting your branded, and unbranded (MLS Complaint) Single Property Website Links?

  1. Once you are logged in, you can get the link to your unbranded Single Property Website by clicking “Media Access” on the left hand navigation column.
  2. From this screen, click “Show Links” to display your branded, unbranded, and MLS links.

  3. The branded link goes to a version of your single property website that features your branding on it. Use this one on social media, on flyers, and everywhere else that you want people to see your picture and contact information.

  4. The unbranded link goes to a version of your single property website that does not feature any of your branding or contact information. This one is the one you should use on most MLS’s.

  5. The MLS link is the same as the unbranded link, but the link is sneakier. Some particularly strict MLS’s will require this type of link, because the address is not visible in the link itself.

ADDING BRANDING, CONTACT, AND LICENSE INFO

How to add branding, contact info, and your BRE/License number to your single property website?

  1. Once you are logged into pro.walkintour.com, click the small black arrow next to your name at the top right of the screen.
  2. Choose “Account” from the menu options.

  3. Fill out this info as fully as possible just one time, and for future orders, your information will be saved!

  4. To add your BRE number, you’ll want to go to “Account” / “Agent”, and putting it under “Other”.

EDITING PROPERTY INFORMATION

How to edit the property information and text on your single property website?

  1. Once you are logged into pro.walkintour.com, click “Properties” on the left hand navigation column.
  2. Find your property, and click the orange “Actions” button.
  3. Select “Edit Tour” from the options menu.
  4. Fill out the requested information as thoroughly as possible, neglecting any fields that do not pertain to your listing. Once you are done filling out the info on each page, simply click “Next Step”.
  5. Make sure to SAVE when you are done.

REARRANGING PHOTOS

How to rearrange the photos on your single property website?

  1.  Once you are logged into pro.walkintour.com, click “Properties” on the left hand navigation column.
  2. Find your property, and click the orange “Actions” button.
  3. Select “Add/Manage Media” from the options menu.
  4. From here, you can just click and drag the photos into the order you want them to appear in your slideshow.
  5. You can select eight photos to display on the Tour Overview (the initial landing page of your website) by starring them on this screen.

ADD / REMOVE BANNER

How to add/remove a banner on your Single Property Website?

  1. Once you are logged into pro.walkintour.com, click “Properties” on the left hand navigation column.
  2. Find your property, and click the orange “Actions” button.

  3. Select “Set Tour Banner”

  4. Review all banners and stock banners, and click on the one you would like to add to your single property website.

  5. To remove a banner from your single property website, just click “No Banner”, and then select the “No Banner” option, and save.

EDITING THE PDF FLYER

How to edit the PDF flyer?

  1. To edit the text, go to “Properties” on the left hand navigation column, then click “Actions” and “Edit Tour”
  2. From this screen, go to “Details”, then edit the “Short Description”, which can be up to 370 characters long. This will only display on the flyer.

  3. The photos that display on the flyer are the same ones that display on the Tour Overview. You can star up to 8 photos in Add/Manage Media (Properties/Actions/Add+Manage Media)

VIEWING STATISTICS

How to review viewing statistics?

  1. Once you are logged into pro.walkintour.com, click “Properties” on the left hand navigation column.

  2. Find your property, and click the orange “Actions” button.

  3. Select “Show Tour Statistics” from the options menu.
